There's a curious situation in my opinion. The wood speakers are the legendary danish System Audio SA7K. The white speakers produced in Russia... What would you do if your company's product had a clone? 7b13bc99626d22c58691018c3912ff58.jpg Reezoldini-Cinema-7F-01.jpg

Plagiarism is unethical but not illegal providing it does not involve copyrighted material. If they don't have a patent, there is not much you can do. Just look at all the Wilson WATT clones.

Either I like Wilson Audio speakers too much or I haven't seen speakers that are confusingly similar to Wilson Audio ;) In my opinion flattery is not an imitation but hommage. I think Ole's speakers aren't patented, but that doesn't make copying them any more ethical.

I too am not confused by the Wilson clones. The resemblance is undeniable. Even though Wlson has moved on the imitation continues.

It seems that there's no such thing as copyright protection in loudspeakers industry and anyone has the right to produce and sell clones of B&W, Dynaudio or Focal products etc.
