Yeah that would cut total (hair, makeup and dressing) time down to a measly hour! LOL!

Shower = 20 minutes
Hair = 40 minutes
Makeup = 20 minutes
Clothing = indeterminate since at least 3 different outfits/combo's will be tried and disgarded then retried before my opinion is asked (always "you look great honey") and another combo is then decided on
Shoes = depends on the semi-final outfits

I usually hand her a glass of wine about 30 minutes in. It smoothes the process significantly.

You are lucky in the clothing department. "You look great honey" is never an acceptable answer from me. She wants specifics on my opinion for each article of clothing, jewelry and accessories in the outfit and rarely accepts "I like them both the same" as an answer and then I need to explain my choice.
