Blade Runner soundtrack

The soundtrack to "Blade Runner" is being released on 180g translucent red vinyl (why red, I don't know). Acoustic Sounds and Elusive Disc are accepting preorders now. The digital version has been in my heavy rotation for years.

I saw a comment somewhere, a while ago, suggesting that it had never been released on vinyl. I have several copies of the LP that I bought back in the day. I assume it was digitally mastered but haven't verified that, the movie was released circa 1982, wasn't it? I'll have to fire up one of my old copies at some point and see how it sounds.
