as far as a total system workout nothing quite asks as much from a system as big band with all those horns at full tilt. if you don't have the urge to get up and dance with this, it will never happen.

I was in VA a few weeks ago. I stopped at a thrift store. Some guy either died or gave up music because there had to be 200 plus big band albums there. All with his name and phone number stamped on the cover. I thought of getting a couple but did not as I was flying.
