Hi Jack. This is what's stated in Magico's manual:

FOR ALUMINUM PANELS USE A LINT FREE SOFT CLOTH (PROVIDED IN ACCESSORY KIT), DAMPENED ONLY WITH WARM, SLIGHTLY SOAPY WATER (A SMALL DROP OF DISH SOAP WILL DO). DO NOT USE CLEANERS THAT CONTAIN AMMONIA, STRONG SOLVENTS, OR ABRASIVE MATERIALS. USE OF THESE CLEANERS CAN DEGRADE, SCRATCH, OR DESTROY THE FINISH.

This is what I did the second time, with liquid soap, nothing much happened. White markings still remain.

What does the manual recommend? Aluminum "rust" is white, similar to the raw color. I hope the whitish marks aren't oxidation.

Do the marks blur at all if you just use your finger to try and get them off?

Did you try Windex? Lot's of companies that make gear with anodized finishes recommends using Windex and a soft cloth for cleaning. For something this expensive, I would pick up the phone and call Magico and ask them what to use.

I have communicated with Magico already but would like to know what others have done. Thanks!
