If these are genuinely important, they should come with their speakers.
Why would sliders be important? They don't work on carpet and I wouldn't trust sliding +700 lbs of speaker either way.
Actually they slide quite nicely on carpet even when loaded with a 1000lb.+ WAMM.
Precise positioning is important with any speaker. Positioning with wheels gets you in the zip code at best. These sliders allow you to move a large speaker over very small distances with relative ease. They also position the speaker at very close to the precise height it will be once off the sliders and minimize the effect of floor variations as you are dialing in the placement.
These were originally designed as a dealer set-up tool(hence the engraved name of Wilson's training program), not an aftermarket accessory.
