Sure, I'll take care of that. If folks wil post or PM their preference for Friday or Saturday, as well as a recommended restaurant or restaurants, I'll set it up.

there is typically (for the last 3-4 years anyway) a get together for analog/vinyl guys at the Mexican Resturant across the street on Saturday night......so some of us might have a conflict if it's Saturday night. OTOH there are limited nights to choose from so do what you need to do and people will just have to choose.

My favourite restaurant close by is the Bonefish Grill. I hold my "victory dinner" there on Sunday every year for all my reps, dealers, partners, and customers who turn up and help man the room. Last year, we had close to 20 ppl.... and they didn't kick us out even though it was waayyy past their closing time.

I agree with Mike. Pick a date and time, and let people choose. Manufacturers usually organize dinners for their dealers almost every night of the show.

There are always some sort of press events and special listening events in the eves so I might suggest that dinner be planned a little later like 8 PM?

I'll be there. This will be my 5th RMAF. Wouldn't miss it. Last year a buddy and I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites (across the parking lot in front of Marriott, over by Panera's), and the rates for a suite were like $79. I need to check again.

Along those lines, are we honestly going to have *Mexican* food so far away from the border? Isn't Denver good for something else? Are we not talking beef and stake there?

The good places I can't afford. I also don't get to Denver that often; we have a pretty good Mexican place in town (Monument) with a family feel from the (local) owners. I shall have to ask my more cultured colleagues; I know a few that speak very highly of several places up there. I am sure I can get some suggestoins for some great places. We may want to set a price range; one of my good friends raved about a steak place but it was ~$200 for he and his wife. Little rich for me, even if this is WBF!

And yes, Amir, we have some great Mexican food places in CO. As for distance from the border, hmmm, where is your place again?

In case anyone hasn't noticed, Mexicans are everywhere. Amir, I don't want to eat any stake, but I'm always open for a good steak. So I'm fine with a steak place as well. I'm not big on west coast fish. My favorite fish all comes from the Atlantic.

There are some amazing Mexican food restaurants in Colorado. My daughter is a senior at the University of Boulder and she takes us everywhere across the state for great Mexican food so I have no problem

I too arrive Thursday at 2:30 and depart Sunday at 1:30 and am also staying at the Hilton Garden Inn

BTW when I booked the lady said that Thursday's rate was $129 not $89 as advertised on the RMAF web site
