Seems to be in excellent condition and only 39k EUR (which is much less than the last sale reported by HiFi Shark - the #55 first listed in 2014 @ $100.000, then dropped to $80k)

Do you think it stands up to today's speakers and is the price fair and competitive? I've built a sub in the late 70s with that woofer, and though granted implementation is paramount, it never sounded as good as today's woofers. It was driven by a Threshold if I remember correctly

I doubt anyone will buy this product for performance alone. I would buy them out of nostalgia alone if I had 40k burning a hole in my pocket.
