At what number for square footage does it become obscene? What does one do with that much living space.

I have some customers who have homes in the 10,000 to 18,000 sf range and really don't understand what you do with all of the room. One childless couple lives in a 'cramped" 12,000 sf !!

'Course, they're the crème de la crème, and the rewards for many professional athletes are a lifetime of knee pain and multiple-concussion aftereffects.
