Actually that Yenko Vega looks (and probably sounds) pretty cool!

Actually that Monza was a pretty cool car back in the day.

We had a Pinto in the Phlegm green. What was Dad thinking? LOL.

What about the original mustang, still valued by some antique car fans. Getting rear ended in one was the next best thing to napalm bath.

Bah I doubt anyone will ever beat the Sinclair C5 from 1985, showed why British car industry went down the pan I would say :)

Article on this beauty back in 2010.

What is shocking is that he did sell several thousand, more amusing is the paragraph in the article mentioning some tweaking theirs for drag racing and hitting 0-60mph in about 5seconds, although I am sure it must be more than just "tweaking".

Also we brought the western world the Robin Reliant.

This car would roll over if turning too quickly-sharply, Oh dear :)

Cheers

saw the Robin Reliant episode at Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson rolled it a few times, it was hilarious. But there were a lot of people keeping them in their collection.

Ah thinking of that Top Gear episode has me smiling :)
And yeah I agree there is definitely still an interest in those cars today, which was sort of touched upon in the Top Gear episode.
Cheers

Some of those cars were common on the road long after they should have been in the junkyard. Chevettes and Pintos come to mind. Oh, there's another one I would add...wait, three...

The Pontiac Fiero should have beat out some of the listed ones. It was pretty much garbage from day one. Talk about ground loops!

Don't forget GM's "X body" cars, the Citation and Skylark. I had a new Skylark, and traded it nine months later with the engine running because I was afraid it would never start again. That car went to the third step in GM's complaint process. What a joke! (GM gave salesmen a $250 spiff for each one they sold.)

Then, there is the Chevrolet Corvette. One art critic called it an accident at a boat factory, and I am inclined to agree.

Both the Gremlin and the Pacer were pretty ugly! Some friend's mothers drove them some moons ago!

Topped only possibly by the ugliness of this plane!
