Spotify on Devialet

Hi all.
Are there anyone who streams Spotify by the Apple TV vía AirPlay?
Are there any difference between that and the Air option?
What about the quality of the optical input of the Devialet?
I think that the Apple TV is the best convenience option.

I stream Spotify from my iPad to the Devialet, but using the Apple AirPort Express which has an optical digital output. Works brilliantly.
