Settings on Burmester 808 MK5

Hi there!

Burmester 808 MK5 arrived yesterday. I wonder how I can optimize it's performance - but without skipping the volume control from the remote controller (RC). I am only playing files, and one Burmester 113 is the source.

1. So far it looks to me that I have input gain and output gain per output module in addition to the master volume from the RC. How can I optimize these settings?

2. Is there any other configuration I should do?

Hi and sincere congratulations for one of the absolute best preamp even build. If your amp is also Burmester, the volumes of modules (output & source) shall be preferable setting on max level (full open).
