At one point in the review, Kal expresses the ability of the Pink Faun’s CPU to consistently handle multichannel upsampling with DSD.
We believe bit-perfect has the edge over upsampling.
First, I think Jord should have said "Kal expresses the inability .........."
Second, I do not ever use upsampling, so this is not an issue.
Third, the problems I found were with multichannel DSD using DSP which necessitates DSD-to-PCM conversion and, sometimes, downsampling.

These are, imho, basic and essential procedures which the PF handles easily in stereo. These points were not intended as a criticism of the PF but, rather, as observations about the limits of using the product in applications those beyond its original design spec.
