Paul McCartney - New (pic is of CD cover)
I listened to a few cuts last night and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. I stopped buying a lot of his albums many years ago as I thought they lacked imagination and the music was kinda ho-hum. Not so with NEW. This to me sounds like Paul going back to his early roots and it definitely has a "Beatlesque" quality to it. I really think that Paul has created a wonderful album of new material and he sounds like he was having the time of his life. Since I didn't hear the album in its entirety my comments are only speculation, but I'll be buying it for sure.
