Hello all,

Here are some pics of my newest turntable. A restored and custom plinthed Garrard 401 with Origin Live Illustrious Mk. 3c tonearm and Lyra Delos cartridge. Christopher Thornton of Artisan Fidelity restored the Garrard for me. With his expertise guiding me in so far as wood selection, plinth design and construction as well as tonearm and cartridge choices I have what I believe to be a world class analog front end.

Chris does some nice work. Have seen a couple of examples of his tables at a few shows but never in action :(

Yup!

Is this the guts of the Gerrard put in the larger glossy case? The ones I worked on in the 1980s were much more utilitarian than this one! :) This is certainly a beauty.

She's a real looker! Congratulations!

Christopher is fantastic to work with. He's building me an SP10 MK2...
