Looking for feedback from anyone who has heard these or has these and could share experiences/impressions with me. Also interested in associated equipment, room size, music, etc. Doing some research before deciding to pursue an audition. Thanks!

I'd suggest giving Andrew Payor @ Rockport a call and asking him for some feedback. In previous conversations I found him to be absolutely honest and above board in his comments on his products. If you provide him with some information on your needs and wants he'll likely be able to steer you in the right direction.

Smokes!!! Nice room!!! I have heard other Rockports but not these...sorry. Why the desire to change? If I may ask, what about the Mira Grand II has made you explore an audition and potentially changes your existing speakers (which are nice).
