I sent my 535 to have the ASC sensor checked (it is just one month old and flashes more than the neccesary) and the BMW distributor handed me their demo Mini Cooper S to ride while they fix/change the sensor.

The Mini is a very fun car to drive, reacts immediatly to wheel movements, has excellent dashboard/interior build quality and stays close to the ground at all time.

It is a personal-use kind of car, more than 2 will suffer in, a little bumpy in not that flat roads and not sure of its security implementation besides the air bags and steel bars at both sides - but again - a very fun car to drive.

One of my colleagues had a Mini Cooper that had the special Cooper Works package. More HP, better handling, etc. made it a tiny rocket. While I don't think you'd do too well in any type of collision, it was fun to drive.
