Sound Blaster PVC shell extrusion entails the utilization of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) material for crafting the shell through an extrusion process.

Plastic extrusion, a prevalent method in plastic processing, involves the extrusion of plastic pellets through a heating and pressure system to attain a cross-section of the desired shape.

Following this, it undergoes precision cutting using a cutting tool to the specified length (e.g., 300mm/500mm/750mm). Subsequently, it undergoes processing on a CNC machine tool for the drilling of speaker or motherboard holes, ultimately culminating in the production of the final shell.

Presently, this technology stands as a popular and cost-effective method for constructing soundbar speaker shells.

Cost Comparison: The new soundbar speaker employs extrusion molding, with an estimated project cost ranging from $700 to $1,000.
In contrast, opting for traditional plastic molds would incur a cost of several thousand dollars at minimum.

This is the developmental cost of the soundbar speaker factory in China.
