We buy everything from Whole Foods. But, the problem is we eat out (lunch) everyday and have no control of the ingredients.

Whole Foods is good and you can even ask them the source of their meats and in general they will be able to tell you. That's why I tend to frequent the Farmers Markets and get my food from local farmers. You can ask them about how they raise their cattle, chickens, turkeys, etc., what they feed them and even kill and butcher them.

The primary problem though is processed foods?
This is a good move I agree, but my concern is about the various processed/processing (such as homogenized milk).
I know a few who are not allergic to dairy products but funny enough they do not get on with such processed milk, but importantly this is probably low on the scale of what happens compared to other processed foods.

Yes and no. They are all important.

As far as milk, there are certainly some people that think all the hormones that are added to make the cows lactate are bad for us.

Take this for instance. Is it the fat in meat that is the issue or what the fat actually contains? Grass fed beef, etc. (not to mention eggs) has higher levels of omega-3s.
