Very interesting that an iphone can capture the sound quality. Wonder if I will be able to discern the differences with changes. Need more experimenting.

Any other suggestions to capture the audio?

Lansche Audio Plasma tweeter is the most open fastest richest and most beautiful tweeter on the planet whit a big margin on all others....!
The speakers in general are ok but not extraordinary my dream speaker will be a Rockport Arrakis whit a perfect integrated Lansche Plasma Tweeter.

Thanks Amadeus. The .2 version speakers have come a long way from the older versions and the midrange is really good IMO.

I was over at JJ Audio last night listening to Lasches with the MSL Platinum Signature. Very nice sound.

PS Mat, a Sony PCM-D100 recorder is what you want next. Then you need to just host the audio files directly as YouTube compression will not maintain the audio quality.
