Any good HQD systems?
And how about that Japanese guy that has at least three Thorens Reference tables stuffed into a room filled with equipment?

I recommend a minimum width of 5m and length of at least 7m. However, the installation in post #124 a page back was only in 4.7m but he had a length of 9.6m.

As of Sep2012, they retail in the US for $99,000 plus tax, and EUR 108,000 including VAT and duties.

We ended up using the Krell FPB350Mcx. Interestingly, he had a pair of FPB450Mcx's as well, but after trying the two pair back and forth, we both agreed that the 350 sounded far better.

I don't know about the QX4's - he swore by them, but I didn't think that they made that much of a difference.

Thanks and good to know! I do like mine a lot, but no desire to try more than one. Very interesting about 350mcx vs 450mcz...i do remember reading that somewhere a long time ago.
