Hey guys, the MFSL stuff is so hit or miss on ebay that when you find someone who grades the stuff fairly its worth sticking with that seller. The copy of Crime of the Century that I got is beautiful so I picked up ELP Pictures at an Exhibition from the same seller I should get that one tomorrow. The Muddy Waters Folk Singer was much more pricey and from a different seller so I have my fingers crossed on that one. Man some of the titles really command premium prices!! As far as Supertramp goes my favorite as of late believe it or not is Some Things Never Change.

I liked all three :) COS shows that old rock recordings actually had dynamic range! ELP is also darn good. (BTW, ELP was amazing in concert, esp. when Carl Palmer had his piano rotating 360 degrees while playing!)

One day will have to compare the MFSL with the Classic Muddy Waters reissue. The Classic LP is still available from www.themusic.com for 33 bucks.

Oh really, thank you very much for that info Myles, thats 1/3 of what I paid for the used MFSL copy, I may just have to put the Classic on my Christmas list. Also yes ELP is excellent live I saw them in 1976 or 77 what a great show.
