People knock the US of A but this is proof positive that it is still a land of opportunity. There aren't many places in the world where a talent like this young man would have been given the opportunity to pursue something of such global relevance.

Not to throw cold water on this, but the 5-year prognosis for Stage I pancreatic cancer is 20-25%. Overall, 5 year survival is <5%. The treatments are draconian. This test is likely to lead to early diagnosis of a still fatal disease.
