179 degrees? I cook Salmon at 135F :D.

I have to ask: what do you use the Sauna for? Is it to relax after you get tired and sore?

We used to have an outdoor hot tub. It was great while you were in it but then froze to death one you got out! :D Same is true of Sauna?

Me and most of the Finnish people use sauna to relax of course winter time when You feel little bit cold it warm You up deeply, it is hard to tell, You have try out it self...
In sauna You don't are very long time, maybe 10 - 15 at time and then go shower rooms wash up.

I have do ice swimming also, between ice swimming You go to sauna warm up and then again in ice swimming, that is really relax...
