Anybody have opinions on Pepe Romero's Flamenco K2 CD from LIM?

Hi Lee,

I've listened to the Fenomeno Flamenco but I'm not sure whether this is the same disc or not. But Fenomeno is actually a really good Pepe Romero's CD.

Pepe Fomero is a great guitarist belonging to a family of spanish virtuosos. I've listened to some other recordings of Pepe Romero and The Romeros, including some Vivaldi concerto versions adapted to guitar.

I think that it's fabulous - a very natural soundstage. Sounds like you're sitting in the front row and the dancefloor is about eye-level. Castenets higher and further behind. Guitar closer miked. Great dynamics - particularly the finale of track 1.
