If it is so easy for us to accept that "current science" can be overturned by new discoveries that prove our suspicions, why do some of us have extreme difficulty believing that science does not currently know all we need to know about sound and audio reproduction?

While the effects of cell phone use on health remain inconclusive, a British research group says that more study is needed . They caution that especially vulnerable groups like children who walk around with a cellphone glued to thier ear should be discouraged form prolonged use. Text messaging is encouraged as an alternative.
