Famous Soundtracks

I'm gonna add Glory to the list- hadn't listened to it in a long time, and am listening to it now, it's pretty good, and not a fancy record-

---Hi Andre,

My very first link was incidentally from cduniverse. :b

* The only reason why I switched it is because the free music samples were to slow to start.
Allmusic.com is instant!

Mullholland Drive is an awesome movie, and if Rebekha Del Rio's accapella performance of "Crying" doesn't break your heart, check your pulse. Doesn't matter a bit if you don't understand a word of Spanish.

-----The first time I saw that flick and heard that song from that scene (on DVD, with a dts audio soundtrack), I was highly transported to a higher emotional plane (hypnotic & surreal dimension).

Then I bought the motion picture soundtrack on CD. :b

If you like Gladiator and Dark Knight for their very dark, atmospheric music, you may wish to try:

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince...seriously good album...quite dark with heavy, choral masses...dark and atmospheric.

A lot less fiery than the first two albums, but seriously good stuff imho and well recorded too.

If you like the House of Flying Dragons, and you like Kodo Drummers:

- Hero Soundtrack
