they publish no email address; but they do answer the phone, and they would be 8 hours behind you.

I looked up Spectral's phone number on their website. The factory number is (408) 738-8521


On Spectral's website they say to call the factory for dealer locations. I'm sure thay can give you an email address or speak to you directly by phone.
