I watched this video I thought it was quite interesting by Mike Fremer

There is an optimal pressing time of the day? and that's around noon?

I believe this to be totally accurate and almost complete.

Mr. Fremer has done a fantastic job of research of the pressing information on the dead wax.

For the purpose of appealing to the wider audience,I assume that further depth was not needed.
