Cat lovers - 40 Maine Coons are available at the MSPCA

"On Monday, our Adoption Centers took in almost 40 Maine Coon cats from one home. The owner, who had been breeding the cats for several years, was losing her home and reached out to the MSPCA for help. The cats are mostly healthy, friendly, and HUGE! Many of the cats are already available for adoption at our Boston, Centerville and Methuen adoption centers! For for information, email adoption@mspca.org"

Our Maine Coone turns 18 years old in May. I think he is the most easy going cat I've ever seen. When he was young he would catch flies out of the air with one paw and eat them. Great breed.

Our last cat was a Maine Coon; loved how he would make a chuffing noise and they seem to be nearly as talkative as Siamese.
These cats have a great personality and agree definitely very easy going cats, everyone that visited loved the cat and so did our neighbours.
Although the fur does need a bit of assistance-grooming from our own experience.
