Bob Carver is back

There stuff looks impressive.

I hope he lives long enough to honor the twenty year warranty he offers.

Hope the finished speakers are better than those previously shown at RMAF.

Man that is a lot of tubes. Hopefully it comes with a contract with a tube company to provide future replacements :).

I'll need sunglasses in a darkened room with that number of tubes glowing!

20 year warranty, including tubes

Including tubes?

The first 3 amps on the page says the output tubes will last 50 years. The Silver 7 amp says the tubes are under warranty for 20 years, but Carver's companies never last that long.

Most probably it only covers manufacture defects, excluding normal wear, as tubes are considered consumables.

From Carver's website below his Silver 7 amps: 20 year warranty, including tube

Know Mark and I heard them together and about the only redeeming thing that I heard is that you could listen anywhere in the room. Which made me wonder if he's fooling around with the Holography circuit he used decades ago.

They didn't sound like a finished product. They were thin and bright with no bass or midbass when we heard them.

I'm looking at my monoblocks with those measly little tubes on there, and I'm going "WTF?". :D

The speakers were not ready to be shown at that time. We found that out the hard way. Another problem was too many "tweakers" were involved and lways playing with the speakers. They do have potential and maybe he has worked some of his magic on them since the show. Really like his amps nd we supplied the preamps for every show Bob Carver Co. did. Bob himself is a very interesting guy to hang out with
Not sure how he got around releasing these amps again as Emotiva owns the rights to everything from Bob Carver Co. from what I recall.

Apparently when the deal fell through months ago, it fell through completely.

The ability goes well with afternoon tea, don't you think? LOL!
