I don't feel the need for translation :). "Get German tubes that don't fig with each other and you get great sound in your radio!" :D
 
Seems like a lot of modern day audiophiles have seen the cartoon and regard it as sacred screed.

No serious , its a advertisement for telefunken tubes .
The head with tail that is flying through thair represents the tone C , its flying through the air but once it gets into the radio it gets distorted by the old tubes.
point is ;new telefunkentubes in and all is well again
