The platform is made of marble. I think. It is dense and acoustically inert. I do not know who manufactures it. I bought it used.
My guess is you could obtain a replica. Visit your local kitchen countertop store. They sell"remnants."( leftovers from other custom applications) . You can have hem cut it to spec. Round off the edges with a router and polish them.

1.25" marble acoustically inert? Does it have any kind of damping?

Short answer is no. It does have felt pads at corners.

Quick answer - your marble looks like granite that in thckness over 1" can be inert! It is sedimentary, not metamorphic, as far as I remember.

This looks very much like a granite platform I once had. The last thing I would call it is acoustically inert. Really hated what it did to music.

Wouldn’t marble/granite be more of a reflective material that would add distortion to the sound?

I suppose I could take it to a geologist and an acoustician. While I am there I could inquire about the best lubricant for tt bearings.
VorginiaTech Universoty is not far away. Smile

Call me a crybaby if you like. I dont recall any other DIY peoject being dumped on.
