All Your Life by Al Di Meola, a tribute to the Beatles. Anybody heard it, what did you think?

I have this cd and i love it. Very good recording

Thanks. Al is high on the Beatles, just seemed like a stretch to do a guitar version of Beatles standards. But, I have been high on Al for years, before and after seeing he and Les paul (!) together in a Chicago nightclub many, many years ago.

Somewhat OT. George Benson has a take on the Beattles too called "The Other Side of Abbey Road". I find myself liking this album. No intellectualization, i usually don't like covers, preferring to stick to the original but this one, I like...
