All New Elac Adante AF 61 Floorstanding Speakers > Giant Killers?

These speakers will not be on the market until October.

These could be my last speakers I will ever buy!:b

Where did you hear that?
The last info I have from ELAC is production begins in July, delivery in late August.

The best sound and most fun experience I had was at the hands of Andrew Jones with Adante speakers. See my coverage here: http://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php?threads/la-audio-show-2017-day-3.1715/#post-43092

By far the best of show. See my caution at the end of my coverage at the end of above link though.

I see you listened to a lot of "Reference Speakers" at the LA Audio Show:b The Elac speakers must be pretty good!:p

What happened to the Teckton Double Impacts...?..thought they were the last great speakers to own.........

Cheers....

I thought I would listen to the Elac speakers first, if don't like them then I'll listen to the Double Impacts.

Have you had a chance to hear the JBL 708 speakers, and, if so, then how do these speakers compare? (I'm after a pair of standmount speakers for a large family / lounge room that will complement an existing swarm of subwoofers. No room treatment at first reflections so off-axis is important.)
