The room showcasing the new Forte speakers:
The source of course was a turntable unless they were accommodating me:
A very low cost table and arm by high end standards ($6K?)

And here is the tool to change anyone's mind that "class d" doesn't sound high-end:
There was not a fault to be found with that amplifier and speakers.

Looking at the back of the speakers, we see one of the reasons they sound good:
Addition of back firing tweeters made sure the sound going backward was very similar to sound going forward. Translation, the speakers should sound good in many rooms and not be fussy about what else is there. The dipole effect is also there with high attenuation of side reflections.
If you had the money and wanted to listen to music rather than endless ours researching gear, I would buy everything there and be done with it. Great system end to end.
