Some of the other tables like the Classic Direct, Aries, HRX are in the tables by design part of VPI's website. They're available through the dealers but they can be ordered.
Harry retired and his son Mat is now running the business .It gave more time for Harry to develop, design analog acessories ,upgrades for existing turntables out there in the field and new design turntables for VPI like the Prime and the Avenger .
I visited the VPI website and I feel puzzled by the table model/nomenclature changes.
At first, there were the Classic 1, 2 and 3. Now the Classic and the Classic Signature: the former sums the 1 and 2, since you can get the VTA dial as upgrade. The Signature lacks of the clamps, though, despite it is showcased as "formerly Classic 3".
There were the Traveller and the Nomad. Now there's the Scout Jr, which looks like the Traveller, but with a different arm. And the Nomad? Maybe the sale expectations were higher? It's basically been the shortest lived table I am aware of!
