13 Types of Audiophiles

We have lots of #5s on our forum.

I don't fit any of them, but I am probably closer to #8 than any of the others. There is a touch of #10 in there sometimes, though. ;)

We need more #3s.

Perhaps....but they will never admit it. :)

Pictures please. :p

I would post a picture, but even though she is a criminal attorney, she is shy about pictures.

Translation: she would cut my fingers off.

Solution: BruceB is supposed to do a blind testing of my system in approximately a month; maybe my wife will be around and he can confirm.

zz.

Except for #3, as has been noted...

ZZ claims he is married to #3 so that should count for something. Lots of guys on Audioshark use pictures like #3 as their avatars which is sort of weird for me.

I've noticed that on all the Internet audio-type forums. Kinda disturbing what it says about us...

I was under the mistaken impression that someone's avatar represented themselves in some way. I guess there are guys who see themselves as hot chicks.

most of the non-audio sites I subscribe to have big busted chicks as their avatar, then again they use the f-word a lot, are very blue collar and have a general disdain for know-it-alls/experts. the avatar I use here is the nerdiest one I have:)

If you are into Avatars, it make sense to have something audio related on an Audio website. For me Avatars are like tattoos; lots of people love them, but I don't want one.
