I came across a new Wilson speaker that seems to be called WITT. Maybe Wilson used some actual wit this time, because the design looks promising: a single large bass driver (around 30 cm), a single cabinet, and the older titanium dome tweeter from the Watt/Puppy 5.1 era. On paper, it ticks all the boxes for a successful design and potentially good sound—but with Wilson, you never really know.

It looks to be front ported, too. That should make for easier placement under the right conditions.

It's retired nearly 30 years ago...not sure if you are trying to be funny or what.

doesn't work that way.

It’s definitely one of their older, no longer in production models. It was using both a woofer and tweeter from Focal…..a source they haven’t used in many years.
Cheers…..

Focal stopped doing OEMs many years ago, so I cannot see how they would be able to reproduce these.

Also Wilson deleted hem because of issues with the cabinets in humid climates.

If they are releasing a new one I certainly hope its a lot better than the first one. That was not a successful product and I am being very kind.
I was a dealer back then and that one pair I bought was really hard to get rid of LOL

Yes, it was not successful. But it got good reviews ...

People considered it ugly, very poorly looking. However a good friend got one mk2 pair in good condition cheap (~2.5k ) a few years ago and assembled a very nice sounding system, extremely enjoyable, with them.
