Hello. i’m trying to identify this BW speaker. Is it great quality? from what year? potential value?

My hunch is, it's a B&W Matrix2 Series2 speaker. I think these were from the late 80's???

Thank you. but i think these are the ones you’re referring to unless bw changed the legs (?)

No. The first image you provided reminded me of their Matrix series from the 80's so I googled it and found an image seamingly quite similar to your first image. If it turns out to be smaller bookshelf types my apologies.

a matrix 2/2 have blue rings arround bass and tweeter. remove the fabric frame and look, or take a flashlight and shine it on the bass blue ring. if not blue no matrix
At that time the most complex speaker housing with very little internal nesting. Dimensions: 600 x 260 x 320 mm (H x W x D)please check

the person may give them to me or may not.
but if he gives them to me he can provide me with the model number.
i was just jumping the gun and finding out what they are
