New Album & The Beginning of Basketball Season

Got it, thx.

Plus he has the extra baggage of his father

Yeah, seems like a real horrorshow. Again, just find this purchased team thing to be meaningless on court. Whole thing for me is to see a team build/grow/overcome/succeed. Which Durant aside, is exactly what GS did.

So many possibilities starting July 1 when teams can officially talk with free agents. Will LeBron still want to go to L.A. if Leonard doesn't get traded there? He still can sign up with Cleveland.

When the "excitement" post season is more exciting than during the season, that tells you how far down the NBA has gone. So Leclown James and all the others as well as the owners, will manipulate the free agency to concentrate what talent there is, to a total of 2 or 3 teams.

More reason not to watch until the Finals.

Gilbert said worst things after "the decision" where he went to Miami

Just my opinion, but Lebron NEEDS to leave Cleveland.

Truth is, he has had amazing talent surrounding him from early on, few in the history in the NBA have had better support talent surrounding them DESPITE how the pundits want to propagandize his supporting staff and even with stacked teams the guy can't win Championships or luckily squeaks them out.

As you can tell, I am no Lebron fan. The Lakers (I know you are a fan of) would do well to stay away from him.

So let him go on ANOTHER search to find another team where he can assemble the best supporting cast he can find, let him lose again and when he loses in the FINALS as he usually does, let his sycophants once again complain how he had no supporting cast as they always do. I find it laughable quite frankly.

I'm with you Howie

I am a die hard Lakers fan since the 70's and have been in pain the last 5 years with their front office (finally solved) and now when they have cultivated some really good talent in Ingram, Kuzma and Randle (forget Ball) the talk is they are going to buy a team and trade the farm.

James will never be a Laker in heart and will make me vomit if I ever see him in purple and gold

I hear you. Lakers have had some of my favorite ballplayers ever (despite being a die hard MJ fan) and had some of the most enjoyable teams to watch and Lebron would just ruin that legacy.

We'll see how it plays out, but I was impressed when Embiid said he didn't want Lebron -- he, Simmons and Co. want to get there themselves.

Yeah, that's it and the uniforms become meaningless, just temp rentals.

I saw that on Twitter today. IIRC he has a house in LA

Just a thought. If LeBron chooses to be with LA without Paul George and/or Kawhi coming in, then the Lakers would not have to sell the farm as there is no sign and trade option for James since he has opted out. In that case, LeBron will be playing with a virtually young intact lineup from last season and a coach named Luke Walton. The difference now is there is no more Lue, and there are not 1 but 2 executives above James - Pelinka and Magic. James has to adjust if he comes in.

Maybe James has learned the hard way that he is the best player but is not a very good coach and GM. Hehehehe.

I think that things would have very different for OKC had Roberson not gone down. I also think that next year might be the year that Heustis breaks out. All in all I think that OKC can go deep next year but not really contend.
