Hi to all , I am in Australia and trying to get some possible clues on answer to my problem. I have a new Hisense TV. When I am watching streaming services on a regular basis my TV turns off. The retail shop has referred me to their technician who has stated that the problem is the internet speed being not not fast enough causing the TV to shut down. My question is, besides the obvious response being we all know certain speeds are needed to watch streaming services, some more speed than others - but that is not the issue - the issue is the TV switching off. Is it possible that a slow internet speed would shut hown my Hisense TV? I find that hard to understand. Could anyone out there give me their professional overview on this and how I should respond to their electrican ...Thank you in advance.
