My partners company has just finished installing a "designer theater" in our facility. The only thing one sees in the room is a 100 inch Sony TV and a Cinematech motorized sectional, a floor lamp and small coffee table. All the speakers which are Martin Logan including for the front the statement 40 xw for left and right, monument 7 xw for center, icon 3 xw for suedes and rears, and sistine 4 xc for atmos ceiling speakers. We are also using the JL inwall subs- 2 of them and Anthem Surround AVP and power amplifiers.
I have seen many big theater systems and to be honest I have never really loved the dark movie theater thing but this modern clean den/family room is one of the most enjoyable presentations I have ever seen. No its not high end audio but its something that many people could buy and use in their home. WAF is off the charts.
