I was wondering the same thing. We had that amp during Audio Video Show 2017, but only on static display.

"The external structure is made of aircraft aluminum and the openings or connections are not visible from the outside, and it is switched on, we feel the “Phoenix from the ashes” equivalent – the spectacular act of awakening, which you just have to experience personally. When turned off, it is an impressive black 12-sides prism (WHD) 1.25 x 1.9 x 1.25 m (49.2" x 74.8" x 49.2"), 1.800 kg (3.968 lb), but its structure changes completely once the device is turned on 2 x 2.7 x 2 m (78.7" x 106.3" x 78.7" vers.Clepsydra). It is divided into seven distinct sections to reveal all the electronics at a glance. Suddenly you have the impression that you are looking into the space technology.

This is unquestionably a gorgeous state of the Art Amp features: power input 230/400V 50/60 Hz 450 Amp(400V), six 30 kW triple-insulated toroidal transformers, 16 ceramic diodes 1600V/400A (tot 6400 Amp), 216 Kendeil aluminium electrolytic capacitors 6800uf 160 Volt, 2.112 high current bipolar transistors, 12 analog (RCA/XLR) inputs and six digital, 12 output channels, and 192 speakON connections. It is capable of producing an awe-inspiring 120kW(30kW class A), distortion: THD+N 0.002%, speaker impedance: down to 0.1 ohm, frequency range: 20 – 20.000 Hz (the specs show output configurations of 6 x 20.000W or 12 x 10.000W rms)."

Didn't we see this in the Empire Strikes Back, powering the Death Star?

The big amp has 6 o 12 channels of amplification, like 20.000W each. Kind of usless if you ask me and yes, he just made a stereo version, roughly the size of NAIM Statement amplifier.

Nobody knows how this thing sounds - at Warsaw Audio Video Show show exhibitors were afraid to experiment and make it part of their demos. Plus, the amp weights two tons (so that is sth like 4000lbs), so there were concerns that the floor in the room may deform and would need some extra platform to spread the load more evenly - which is why the amp ended as a part of static display in the hall.

Possibly the most ridiculous ego project I have ever seen. Nobody in a domestic setting needs a PA style amplifier. If they did, go buy a PA amplifier array, they have been making them for 50 years LOL.

It is best suited for home théâtre...multichannel amplification...twelve.
...In the basement with a concrete floor. ...For commercial IMAX 3D theaters.

Yes, they also make a stereo one. I am waiting for a review in Stereophile, or The Absolute Sound, or the Inner Ear, or Hi-Fi+, or 6Moons, or MonoStereo, or Tone Publication, or High Fidelity Stereo Mag.

Home theater components are rarely reviewed in the high end audio world.
This monster wouldn't fit the bill, unless it's an IMAX theater magazine, something like that.

This will work perfectly with my 60 db efficient speakers.

Someone really wanted to win that loudest car stereo contest... I can see that thing mounted on a military 6x6 truck surrounded by huge woofers. With Red Bull logos everywhere...
