A fav here too. If you are any kind of music lover. I used to tell Karen this is how warped guys can think and it seems just normal. Wasn't this one of CZJ first roles. I had a crush on the Danish actress for years. I think she was Danish.

Awesome scene, but it makes no sense. Most collectors and store owners I know would've gladly paid the $50 and walked away with the singles :) And they'd make a pass at the lady owner too, knowing the husband is cheating :p

And, in the context of the film, Rob is portrayed as a character full of flaws. I guess with this scene they wanted to bring some positive aspects to him...

And which danish actress is that, Romm1? Rob's (last) girlfriend?

Could be Ro Bear is a man of the world. The actress I am referring to was Cusack's current breakup/girlfriend in the movie.

I believe there are even more extended/deleted scenes on the music/record obsession. The English novel has even more though its been a longtime since I'be read it.
