Bangladeshi girl thought to be first female ever with 'tree man syndrome'

"Doctors have concluded she could have the same, incredibly rare, condition that has afflicted just four other people - all men - around the world."

I didn't know that condition. It's the first time I've heard about it.

Are there doctors here in the house who knew about that extremely rare condition, Steve?

Only four known men in the world have that condition, and now the first girl ever.

When I first saw the news I started searching for more, and saw those pictures of some of the four men.
One of them even had multiple surgeries (16) to remove over five kilograms of tree's bark from his body.
It is quite incredible...tree people. I knew about audio people but not about tree people.
