I believe what you're asking for is referred to as an H-Pad attenuator which is for a balanced signal. A schematic of the resistors required for implementation as well as a calculator for R values is available here for reference. Further details on passive attenuation including an explanation of the H-Pad can be found here, including decibel attenuation and its relationship to voltages. Hope this helps!

1 have a differential audio signal of 15Vpp and i need to attenuate it to 5Vpp. I need help
Unless you give us the details about the output and input impedance of the devices being considered it is not easy to advise you.
