Davey, Davey, Davey (in my best Cary Grant accent), as noted above I've owned the Guarneri's for over 13 years and have considerable insight into their performance and potential. Your zeal for the loudspeaker is remarkable if not commendable. I'm sure you realize that subjectivity plays a large role in this hobby. Like the movie "Green Book" I commented upon in another thread, the speaker is good...but not great. That's my take and I'm sticking to it! YMMV and that's what makes the world go 'round.

BTW, don’t use an Eames chair if you ever listen to GH’s...it is way way too low for that speaker.
