Hi, New to the forum.
Have had some Mcintosh stuff hoarded away for a while.
MA 5100 pre amp amp, MC 2505 power amp, Mac 1700 receiver, plus my 1972 pioneer sx 1500 td receiver.
Can I meld them together as a unit depending on receiver? There is a pre - main switch on the pioneer but not on the Mac.
Thanks,(I hope).

Hello,

Short answer is you should be able to. What is your ideal outcome with this? What are you wanting to achieve in more detail?

There is a dedicated McIntosh Forum on Audio Karma. You might head over there with this question. Allot more vintage fans over there.

Welcome to WBF though! Hope you stick around.
