do they require reel deck platter adjustment to accommodate if your deck is using standard width take up reels ?

Reel tables could need to be adjusted but maybe not, only way to tell is to try it.

On your UHA deck adjusting the reel tables is very easy anyway it went....

However if my memory serves me, I seem to recall that I used a high end reel on your deck when it was in my system with no issues.
